• Digizen.org -'The Digizen website provides information for educators, parents, carers, and young people. It is used to strengthen their awareness and understanding of what digital citizenship is.'

• NSPCC Helpline - Is available 24hrs a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

• NSPCC Asian Helpline offers multilingual services to South Asian Communities living in the UK. We are able to offer services in the following Asian languages Bengali/Sylheti, Gujurati, Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu or English.

• Frank- Advice about drugs and alcohol

• NHS choices- Sex and young people; Advice about sexual relationships

• Young Minds- Advice about mental health

• Connexions - Advice on careers, work and a number of other issues including relationships

Bullying

• Red Balloon- For children who have been bullied, this centre will provide education and support (Tel: 01223 357714)

• Bullying UK- provides help and reliable information on a variety of bullying issues.

• Bully Free Zone - Is one of the leading peer support projects in Britain. The project aims to raise awareness of alternative ways of resolving conflicts and reducing bullying

• The Anti Bullying Network-provides help and reliable information on bullying

• Kidscape- provides helpful advice and information to prevent and tackle bullying

• Beatbullying - works with children and young people across the UK to provide them with all important opportunities to make positive and lasting changes to their lives and outlook.

E-safety

• Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre -Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre delivers a multi-agency service dedicated to tackling the exploitation of children

• Click Clever, Click Safe- gives you a guide to help you enjoy the internet safely.
